Our Story
When the world changed in 2020, the way people moved around their cities changed too. Riders needed safer, easier, and more flexible ways to commute, work, and get outside. Movin’ started with that need in mind: make electric bikes more affordable, more reliable, and more useful for real daily riders.

The First Idea
Movin’ began with a simple goal: build long-range electric bikes that were easier to access, easier to ride, and practical enough for everyday use.
2022
Keeping Riders Moving
While cities were still adjusting, Movin’ kept building and testing. We expanded our product lineup, reached more riders, and learned what delivery workers and commuters needed from their e-bikes.
2023
First Flagship Storefront
Movin’ opened its first flagship storefront and reached an important milestone with more than 1,500 e-bikes sold. It gave riders a better way to test, compare, and choose the right electric bike in person.
2024
Movin’ Expands to New York City
Movin’ entered the US market with its first New York City location and reached over 3,000 customers. The NYC store gave American riders a local place to test ride, ask questions, and get support from the Movin’ team.
2025
Smarter Bikes, Stronger Components
Movin’ continues to improve its electric bikes with better range, stronger parts, safer battery systems, and more rider-focused design updates.

Movin’ E-Bike Innovation
We believe riders should know what is actually improving. That is why we share the updates we make to our electric bikes year by year. Every change is based on real-world riding data, rider feedback, and the daily use our bikes go through on city streets.
2026 Improvements
Movin Pilot Program
We also started a pilot program with DoorDash in Montreal with our Movin Pulse e-bike.
Launched Ultra
We also launched our Ultra ebike. The longest range e-bike in Canada with a 60V160Ah battery, almost 10,000 watt-hours of charge.
Partnership with Costco
We have a partnership with Costco.ca for selling our Mini folding ebike

Switched to higher quality robust crankset to avoid breakages >10,000 km of use
Brakes
Updated brake design to withstand heavier use >3000km/month
Seat post
Longer seatpost made with stronger aluminum to avoid breakages
Grip
More ergonomic grip made from durable rubber
Motor
Increased all motors to 750W with nylon composite gears to provide more torque and better durability
Saddle
Updated to a wider saddle for a more comfortable ride
Lights
Stronger Lumen lights for a better customer ride during dark/cloudy conditions
Throttle
Waterproof throttle to avoid water damage
2024 Improvements
Charger
Switched to a 3 pin charger which increases charging efficiency and improves safety
Tire
Increased thickness of tire tubes and outer tires by 3mm to avoid flats
Battery
Developed UL2271 safety tested batteries in all of our models
Movin’ Pulse Battery
Increased our pulse secondary battery size by a massive 250% , bringing a total of 45Ah of range for the dual battery pulse
Kickstand
Improved kickstand thickness to avoid breakages and increase durability
PAS
Switched all bikes to a torque sensor for even more range and a smoother riding experience
Rear rack
Increased rear rack weight limit to hold over 100lbs for Movin’ Pulse
