To schedule a return, simply come to our location listed below. You must return the e-bike physically to our store.

Please bring your e-bike to our location listed below and our mechanics will be able to fix it up for you. You can also contact us by visiting our Contact Us page for further assistant! Our shop is open until 8pm, every day.

Please immediately report to the police and notify us. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the ebike minus the total amount of rental fee you have paid.
