Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from Movin' Electric Vehicles Inc., which can be obtained by completing the contact form. Please state the reason of your return and any products sent back to us by you without the written consent of Movin' Electric Vehicles Inc. shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

A cancellation of your order is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to $500 Canadian Dollars. 

To return a vehicle that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Movin' Electric Vehicles within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the vehicle. The vehicle must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received the ebike. You will be responsible for your own shipping to ship it back to us at the address: 654 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, M6G 1B8.

Refunds will be made after the ebike is received and inspected. The inspection process will typically take about one (1) week once the bike is received. Once the entire inspection is completed, refunds will typically be processed in about two (2) business days. Please note that once your e-bike is delivered or is picked up in store, in or out of the box, the transaction is considered complete and the bike is at that point considered used and the order cannot be cancelled.
